The Cycling for Change Team rolls into Portland on Friday, June 4, 2010!

Fr. Matt will concelebrate and speak at 5:00pm mass at St. Ignatius Parish on Saturday, June 5th. There will be a blessing of the bikes between mass and dinner.

Dinner will be served after mass at Dillon Hall on the St Ignatius School campus. We will serve a tamale dinner (catered by Committee of Solidarity and Mutual Support; Comite de Solidaridad y Apoyo Mutuo) at a suggested donation of $6.

Fr Matt will be introduced by Dennis Keenan, Catholic Charities Executive Director, and he will be followed by someone from the Justice and Peace Commission who will say a few words about Sisters of the Road Cafe and how their organization addresses poverty issues in Portland.
